Hiya, I'm Steph ...

I’m a queer, neurodivergent, personal trainer and qualified nutritionist that has hypermobility ... say that after a few drinks!
I’ve never really felt like I fit the “traditional fitness” mould. So I’ve had to reach my own goals in a slightly different way to most.

Before I found my groove, I was gaffa taping my whole torso flat and deep in the bodybuilding world struggling with my body image and eating issues.
​
Now, I’m all about imperfect wins, balance and passionate AF about making movement and good advice (no BS) more accessible. I just believe that everyone should feel safe when they're exercising (or just existing!).
​
When I’m not coaching or training from home, you’ll find me on spontaneous nights away in Frida the campervan, pottering in the garden feeding the local hares and birds, volunteering for Trans aid Cymru or building my cat an outdoor catio.​​
