I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with food and body image. From taping my stomach flat as a teen to binging after winning a bodybuilding competition, I’ve been through it all; battles with food, weight, and life with undiagnosed ADHD. ​ Healing my relationship with food, exercise, and my body completely changed how I see health and weight loss. Coming from a close-knit family of women, I deeply relate to the struggles of the ladies I work with. ​ I’m SO not about unrealistic goals or diet culture nonsense. I’m here to make weight loss simpler and more doable in real life. messy houses, hectic schedules, and all. ​ (And maybe we’ll take over the world while we’re at it)

Phase 1: Fat Loss Foundation
The initial 8 weeks is where we lay the foundations. It’s about losing weight in a way that doesn’t take over your life, no cutting out your favourite foods or following super rigid numbers. We’ll build simple habits each week that actually work in real life, and keep things light so you don’t burn out - for just £18 per week.

Phase 2: The Long Game Plan
The next (optional) 8 week chapter is all about staying where you want to be without swinging back to old habits or dieting forever. For just £18 per week, you'll be coached to ease out of a diet and learn how to maintain your weight loss and live life after dieting. It's the bit most people skip but it's the most crucial part in how we stop the yo-yoing and make it stick.
