We are coaches Laura Swanson & Stephanie Jane Rowden, and our passion for women's health is something that we share in common.


We have joined forces and qualifications, to bring our women-only, live workshops to you.

Laura Swanson

Stephanie Jane Rowden

I was a Le Cordon Bleu chef for many years but felt something was missing, so I decided to leave it behind and got a job as a receptionist at a gym. 

 

After training with my personal training sister and working within the fitness environment, I realised that this was the world I wanted to be part of and I have been helping people since 2014.

​

I have competed in many bikini competitions and won my WBFF pro card, but I have also personally been through a lot of extreme diets, been every body shape & size, and I suffer from IBS.

​

This prompted me to want to learn more so that I could help my clients further, so I studied as an evidence-based nutritionist so that I could help people like myself.

​

I'm passionate about empowering women with knowledge and supporting them along all phases of their lives for any goal.

After finding a love for lifting weights in 2018, I have never looked back. I found a form of exercise I enjoy and have managed to transform my confidence & body composition by using the methods I now replicate with my clients.

 

As one of the many vegans in the fitness industry, we can be faced with a lot of stigma and I want to be an example of how vegans CAN achieve their goals.

I have a BSc in Psychology and a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification and help others on a vegan diet realise that it does not limit your abilities.

​

I am super passionate about women's health and think it is a topic not spoken about enough, so I am currently studying to qualify to help support pre & postnatal ladies.

Second Half:

Join us for a talk where we'll cover mindset, women's health, how to break out of yo-yo dieting FOR GOOD and maintain your weight loss.

We have both been there and done that with many dieting fads and we're here to understand and to help you navigate through the bullsh*t.

We're not here to tell you what you already know, we are here to give you practical tools you can implement immediately to reach your goals...
